Rates and Insurance

I strive to make therapy as accessible as possible by offering both insurance options and private pay. Below is an overview of the insurance plans I accept and private pay details.

Insurance

I am in-network with the following insurance providers:

Cigna
Aetna
HealthChoice
United Healthcare
UMR
Blue Cross Blue Shield

If your insurance plan is not listed, I can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt for your sessions that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.

Private Pay

For clients who prefer private pay or do not use insurance, the rate is:

$150 per session

Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept all major credit cards. If you need financial assistance, I may be able to offer negotiable rates on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to discuss.

Questions to Ask Your Insurance Provider

Before starting therapy, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask the following questions:

Is Tranquil Minds in-network with my insurance?
What are my mental health benefits?
Do I need pre-authorization or a referral for therapy?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
What is my co-pay or coinsurance for each session?
Are teletherapy sessions covered (if applicable)?
